My father's old family home had frozen pipes that burst and there was extreme water damage throughout the home. My father called Atlantic on a Saturday morning and Greg and his entire crew including a plumber & electrician arrived at my family's home within an hour of my call. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. They dealt with our insurance company and adjuster to ensure the entire loss was covered. I highly recommend Atlantic they are an extremely knowledgeable company with amazing staff and customer service.

Desperate to pump out a flooded basement. Not a high ticket insurance claim item. Took a chance and called Atlantic. Carlos Called, showed up in less than an hour and went right to work with the pumps. It was more complicated than we thought and he set us up with another contractor who could do what he wasn’t equipped to do. (Snake the main drain). Contractor also showed up when he said he would. Carlos also left a dehumidifier overnight to dry out as much as possible. Amazing contractor. Lose the number for Servpro. This company is awesome!

I recently experienced an incident involving sewage back-up into my basement, but fortunately found Atlantic Restoration and Remodeling Group for the clean-up process. They were extremely responsive and sent a crew that same evening. They came back for two additional deep cleans, which made a huge difference not only in appearance of the basement itself, but the smell. I initially contacted Servpro because I was unfamiliar with other options, but I am so glad that I found Atlantic instead. They were responsive, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend this company!

Ryan was very professional and easy to deal with when he came out to assess the damage. I was amazed that he had a crew come out so quickly after his inspection to start the cleanup. I can't describe how pleased I am with the work that the techs did. Jennifer, Juan, and Dylon were the technicians who did the work. I'm also happy how easy the company made it for me to go through the nightmare cleanup process and getting what I needed to get done very promptly which made it a dream vs a nightmare. We had a water heater break in our semi-finished basement and by the time I found it, water had spread across the floor under our tiles and soaking the wall to wall carpet. The insurance company had recommended Atlantic Restoration when we called them. Very pleased with the referral. Ryan was very thorough. He explained everything in detail, arranged for the carpet to be removed right away, movers to take out and store all our furniture and belongings, arranged for a contractor to remove items that needed to be removed for the floor to be taken out, and set up the equipment to dry out the basement. The tiles were asbestos, so he arranged everything to have them removed safely. He is working with the insurance company for most of the expenses. Unfortunately, the asbestos was in enough of the stairs that go down to the basement that they had to be removed as well and Ryan was able to arrange for a carpenter to replace the steps. He was there for me every time I had a question or started to get nervous about things, even on his day off. There are still a couple more things that need to be done but with almost all completed, I can say Ryan went above and beyond for this process. Thank you Atlantic Restoration and especially Ryan for being there and getting us through a rather stressful situation.

I called them right away and asked the secretary to have someone come out and look at the damage I had and she said she will have someone reach out to me when they can come out.. not even 5 min hanging up with her Ryan called me and asked if he can come right away. I woke up in the middle of the night to discover it was “raining” in my kitchen. I called Greg at Atlantic Restoration around midnight not having a clue what to do. He gave me on the spot directions to minimize damage and arrived by 7 am. An ice dam had damaged the entire back end of my house which was unlivable. Atlantic Restoration came immediately the day that my daughter overflowed the bathroom sink and it leaked all the way down to my garage. A tree fell on my house on 9/24/2020. Although, things started out well and ended well, the two years in between have been a nightmare! If the contractors did their jobs right the first time, things would have been completed within months. Tom, , my latest contractor (after 5 others) got things done! C&J painting came to the rescue and redid the poor work done by other contractors. Thank you, Tom for ending my nightmare! You’re awesome!!!

My family had the unfortunate situation of a tree falling across our roof. The damage was quite extensive and we were all overwhelmed. Atlantic restoration really came to our rescue. It was amazing how quickly Atlantic restoration had the appropriate people at our home to remove the tree and tarp a roof to prevent further damage. CHRIS @Atlantic was an amazing intricate part of the process of repairing or rebuilding. He made the insurance process entirely understandable during this confusing time. He took the burden from my family as he was dealing with adjusters as a true professional and got the job done. The few times that he did not answer his phone when I called In real time he called me back within minutes. That sort of personal attention is priceless. At this point as you read I know I am getting long winded but it is so important to realize that there are so many moving parts to a process such as this.Shane was the project manager and was the most prompt, knowledgeable, patient, detailed professional you could ever want to be manning all the moving parts of a project.Austin, Marco and team! Amazing!!! These men were so conscience and kind when the time came to bring all the belonged that had to be removed and kept in storage at Atlantic. They handled everything item with such carefulness and respect.There are so many other individuals who worked behind the scenes and I thank you all for your hard work. We are one very happy family with everything you provided for us. Thank you!

We needed asbestos tile removed after a pipe break and damaged the carpet laid over it. The tile was removed and, low and behold, there was a beautiful hardwood floor beneath it. Our house is over 100 years old and they cleaned up the floor so we’ll definitely be refinishing it. Appreciate the eye for detail.

The men who came out before the job started were very professional. There was also follow-up after they were done. The workers worked long hot days but were very pleasant. The only less than five star rating is the cost.A job well done and I would recommend them to others.

I’ll start the review with a positive, great company for quick and efficient clean up and demolition. That’s where it ends. Do not go with Atlantic Restoration if you want to do a remodel. What was promised as a 2-4 week project has now turned into a 3 month ordeal with no plan for and end date. Work is done 1 or 2 days a week with any ones guess for when contractors will show up for the things they cannot handle i.e. plumbing and electrical which pushes the project back even more since everyone is waiting on the person before them to finish their portion of the project. Extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and coordination with this company.

I was hired as a contractors for this company I did a few jobs and have not received payment after 9Months. And one of the jobs that I did the project manager quit because they were over working him as no one stays for a long period of time. Who ever took over his role never even called me to finish miss things I needed to do. I have tried calling and no calls back. Very poor communication from Atlantic restoration! And I come to find the customer also has issues with them and how they do business. WouldNot recommend to anyone.

My rental house had a leak in the roof which created mold in the garage area. I had no idea what needed to be done to keep my tenants safe. I called Courtney in the office and she was able to get Carlos and his team there right way. They contacted my insurance company, had the house tested, cleaned up the mold & tarped the leak before a big snow & rain storm. Since the roof was already leaking I had them replace the whole roof which they did an awesome job. They kept my tenants informed in what they were doing and cleaned up everyday. Courtney & Carlos made an bad experience into an easy clean up. Thank you

Atlantic Restoration and Remodeling Group along with Ryan the director of Mitigation were one of the most professional companies I had the pleasure to work with when I needed a abatement. I began working with the company once my insurance agency put me in contact with them. Ryan held my hand throughout the entire process to make it as smooth as possible. We had water damage throughout our whole entire bottom floor we didn’t know which way to go or whom to call we finally found Atlantic they came out and helped us solve our problem the only reason why I did not give them five stars is that it was like a roller Roller coaster trying to get our schedule in order and which days. The project manager that we had was not committed to us as he told us he would be. I would gladly use your company again hopefully I won’t have too. One thing I did love about the company was the cleaning girl that came out she did a wonderful job with cleaning up Everything I wish I could hire her.

My insurance recommended Ryan from Atlantic Restoration to take care of damage caused by a water leak ruining my carpet, wall, shoes, tile etc. Ryan called me to set up an appointment not even 10 minutes after I hung up the phone with my insurance agent. Ryan sent his crew over to start the clean up immediately. He has been extremely helpful and made this process super easy. He took the lead and has been the middle man between my insurance company and my condominium association relieving me from dealing with them. I was impressed by his efficiency and promptness to keep me up to date. I will definitely recommend his services to family and friends. They have been nothing but excellent. I had water damage in my home and asbestos was found in my ceilings at that time. Ryan came out very quick to discuss with me what will occur for asbestos abatement. He was very professional and had lots of good advice/suggestions. He always responded to texts or phone calls within minutes. Told me he was just a phone call away 24/7 and he was! When we were struggling with the insurance company and getting no response from Servpro, Ryan Soucy was a big help. He worked closely with the insurance adjuster, handling most of the communication with the insurance company to conclude the approval process. He then guided the great Atlantic team to mitigate our water damage in very short order. He answered our questions, and made sure we were happy. I very highly recommend this company and Ryan.

A huge THANK YOU to Atlantic Restoration. I woke up in the middle of the night to my kitchen light and ceiling and water was pouring out of it and my upstairs bathroom toilet was running like a waterfall floors were flooded kitchen was a mess. I called Atlantic Restoration and Greg and Dylan were at my house in under 45 minutes. A huge thank you to Carlos who came to review the damages and make a plan for a rebuild. f there was a 6th star that can be given, Atlantic would get it from me. I had a leak in my ceiling that was the result of a poorly done roof performed before I bought my house. Atlantic was on time every single time they said they would be at my house, they dealt with my insurance company to get everything they possibly could covered for me, and my entire roof was completed in just one day (and looks awesome by the way). They dealt with my crazy work schedule and were nothing but professional, kind, honest, and informative every single step of the way. If you need something done at your house, apt complex, etc, don't even hesitate to contact these guys. You won't be disappointed in the slightest!
