Greg RadinOwner

Greg has owned and operated Atlantic Restoration and Remodeling Group for 10 years. Originally established in Southington, the company quickly outgrew its space and relocated to New Britain where it currently owns two buildings to manage its day-to-day operation. Prior to opening Atlantic, Greg owned his own construction company for 20 years where he built and remodeled residential and municipal and commercial spaces.

Eric EylesGeneral Manager, Operations

Prior to joining Team Atlantic, Eric worked with RESCON Construction holding several positions during his tenure. Eric managed company operations for 9 offices with 126 employees in 6 states earning 38 million in sales. Before that Eric was a large loss Estimator and Project Manager for all New England territories writing over 7 million individually. Eric worked at ServPro for 7 years in their Corporate Structures Department where he was responsible to ensure profitability and accuracy of new franchise locations. Eric has a background in construction working as a site superintendent on civil construction projects both at Skanska and O&G. Eric holds certifications as a Journeyman Water restorer, Journeyman Carpenter, OSHA, LEED and AIC.

Chris LesczczynskiEstimator

Chris started his career 30 years ago as a carpenter building exclusive high-end homes. In 2009, he entered into the restoration industry and began working for JP McGuire. After a few years, he was recruited by ARS Restoration Specialists where he was offered the position of Junior Project Manager. From there, he was promoted to Project Manager where he was able to put his carpentry knowledge into place and began running renovation projects from beginning to end. During this time, Chris began learning the estimating process and was eventually promoted to the company’s estimator position where he wrote all large loss estimates for the company. Chris now works with Team Atlantic as our company Estimator.

Shane FariaProject Manager

Shane has been involved in the home improvement business for almost 20 years. He joins Atlantic with not only prior restoration experience, but he is a well-rounded hands-on carpenter with experience in all facets of construction. Shane owned and operated his own construction company prior to joining Atlantic where he now serves as an estimator and project manager. He specializes in exterior renovations and large loss projects.

Fred MottolaProject Manager

Fred Mottola joins our team as a Construction Project Manager after 35+ years as a self-employed home improvement contractor. Fred has years of experience specializing in kitchen and bath design and layout and building home additions and sunrooms. Fred also spent some time in the roofing industry selling residential and commercial roofs. Fred enjoys watching HGTV to keep up with current design trends and materials. In describing his work priorities, Fred sites customer satisfaction as being the most rewarding part of his job.

Tom WilcoxProject Manager

Tom is the newest project manager on our team. Although new to the restoration industry and learning the process of claim management, he is not new to construction. Tom has been a carpenter for 7 years with a variety of experiences including framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, custom home repairs, siding, and window and door installation. Tom describes himself a someone who is always 100% ready to take on or learn any task, someone who is professional and enjoys the client experience and above all holds himself personally responsible for making sure every customer is treated with the same respect as family.

Carlos SantosWater and Asbestos Mitigation Specialist

Carlos has 12 years of experience working in the mitigation field, 8 of which has been with Atlantic. Carlos holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration in Water Mitigation, Structural Dying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. Carlos is also licensed by the State of CT as an Asbestos Supervisor and holds an OSHA Construction Safety & Health Certification.

Pooran MootieMitigation Manager

Pooran is the newest team member on our mitigation team. Fondly known as “Mootie,” he began his career in the restoration industry at ARS where he worked as a field technician for about a year. He left the industry for a short time and worked as an auto mechanic for 2 years before returning for a position with Rescon where he worked his way up in the Company holding the positions of mitigation technician, job foreman, job supervisor and estimator. During his time there, he obtained industry recognized certifications through IICRC in water, mold and odor. In his position with Atlantic, Mootie handles the majority of our incoming water, mold and fire jobs.

Austin CoppingerMitigation Manager

Austin has considerable experience in running environmental and mitigation crews to ensure proper protocol and safety guidelines are followed. Prior to his work in the restoration industry, Austin worked in the environmental field responding to emergency hazardous spills and incidents. Outside of work, Austin serves as a Lieutenant Firefighter/EMT. Austin is certified in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and has his OSHA 8 and 30.

William LindlaufFinance Assistant

Will began his career with Atlantic as an accounting intern and once he graduated, he transitioned to a full-time employee with the Accounting Department. Will works closely with every team member on the financial aspects of all jobs and ensures your insurance carrier has all pertinent documentation to remit appropriate payment on your claim in a timely fashion. Will is currently pursuing his CPA.

Rocio AliceaMarketing and Communications Manager

Rocio joins Atlantic with 10 years customer service experience. She is a self-motivated team player with the ability to listen to people and put problem into action solving solutions. Rocio’s primary focus at Atlantic is building business relationships and educating the public on what services a mitigation company can provide to property owners.
